We encourage you to communicate your needs pertaining to your design as detailed and as frequently as possible when it comes to changes. We are willing to answer any questions you may have at any time. You have full freedom over your design, however you may choose for us to design for you using any wants, ideas, aesthetics, or references you may have and still have a final confirmation.

Once we have received a final confirmation from you and the design has been pressed onto the product, no changes may be made.

Shipping costs are automatically included in cost by Shopify. Local Rates Apply.

Shipping may affect time in which you receive your product. Once package has been handed off to postal office, they track shipping/delivery to update you.

We at JAY+ABE are willing to resolve any issues that occur. In the occasion we cannot resolve your issue, we can begin the refund process through Shopify Payments or the method of payment used at time of purchase.

You are welcome to request Due Dates for your orders.

Customs may vary in timing due to the communication, design and shipping processes.

If you are ordering for events, gatherings or groups; we ask that you order with sufficient time to design, cut, apply and package your order with the hands-on attention-to-detail you deserve.
