What is a blank? It is an undecorated pre-made base product that serves as a plain canvas for adding designs, logos, artwork or embellishments.

Your vision can be original or inspired from somewhere else. As a customizer, there are many pre-made designs that you may choose from. I can also create something original based on your inspirations. Most of the time, we will try to make your design truly original and unique to you. I am more than willing to try something new as well!

Once payment or deposit has been finalized, I will begin crafting your order.

The cost of your customized items will vary based on the level of customization we have gone for. Example: Front design, Back design, Sleeve design, Collars, multiple areas, size of design, quantity and quality of blanks, all play an important part in the cost. I promise to always be clear about costs and their breakdowns.

Preferred method of payment will be directly through JAY+ABE Shopify Invoices.

I will ask for:

• First and Last Name
• Full Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number

This information will NEVER be shared and is only used for shipping, tax, and order update purposes.

Once I have created the invoice you will receive it through email and text with a link to see your order details including items, costs, and progress.

I accept CASH, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay. However, the Shopify Invoice will have all information you may need on your product(s) and order which will allow for an informed experience.

JAY+ABE’s original method of customizing is HTV (heat transfer vinyl).

My steps include but are not limited to:

• Select/Create the design on CRICUT Design app
• Cut the layers of HTV separated by color using a CRICUT machine
• Remove the excess HTV
• Position design on blank
• Heat press the HTV
• Repeat with all layers until design is complete.
• Package + Fulfillment

JAY+ABE’s goal is to get its own DTF printer someday. Currently, DTF’s are being outsourced thru NinjaTransfers which offer very high-quality transfers. All orders except simple designs will be made with DTF (direct to film) methods.

My steps include but are not limited to:

• Select/Create design on Adobe Apps
• Order/Receive DTF
• Position design on the blank
• Heat Press DTF
• Package + Fulfillment

I began by handcrafting every step using a CRICUT machine and thanks to all your support, JAY+ABE is growing enough to make your vision come true even easier.

Once your order is completed, JAY+ABE offers multiple methods to claim your order. This should be determined before your payment is processed.
